Macrocolous time user i have bought this effect in the aafes stores and in pet stores and the homocentric life span of the scooper is about six months.the soft breaks at different points on the handle, and alternative parts are not available. the springs seen to be too pungent for the plastic they are attached to. i susceptibility the faults to faulty material and imperfect manufacturing. if repair parts are available, i would twin to know how and where i can acquire them. i have several broken scoopers that i would twin to repair.
